I have always been a perfectionist and when it comes to fashion, there is always room for improvement. I love to express my creative mind and my gravitation towards stunning colors and fabrics that look like art. Life is too short to not feel like a masterpiece. 

Cuff it: I love the feeling of wearing a pretty cuff. Like a woman in power.

Turn heads in breezy printed pants. An even more stunning option: a silk print maxi skirt. I can not get over how beautiful that skirt is. I used my rent money to buy it but I had to have it! (Will post pics soon!) 

A crisp white blazer ties together any outfit and is one of my wardrobe staples. You won't be disappointed in a tailored fit. Pair it with a nautical crop top. 

Perfect heels for this season to complete the look.

I felt like I was on another planet in this greek goddess gown from BCBG (This is the same gown but a different color). 

This dress is so intricate and stunning, I really felt powerful in it. Long maxi dresses are more elegant and sexy to me than a short mini dress. There is something about feeling graceful...

I love pairing something unexpected like a tan leather jacket (BCBG jacket pictured) with a dramatic gown. It tones it down so it is more wearable for day time. You can take a dress and make it boho or glamorous with the right accessories.

Lace and leather

Sorry I have been gone for the past week! School just started up for the semester so I was moving back into my apartment and getting ready for classes. My schedule is much tighter now so I have to get up early and stay up late to blog. 

Leather jacket from BCBG, lace top from Urban Outfitters, leather pants from BCBG, lady-like heels from Ivanka Trump, tribal print bag from thrift store, gold earrings from Urban Outfitters, stone bracelet from H & M. 

Side flip: I always wear my hair to the side, I like the messy look-even with a polished outfit!

The outfit is all Christmas presents. I love leather and I love BCBG so this jacket has become a favorite of mine. The lace top is unexpected with leather but it can be brought to life with a cute print like the tribal print bag. I mixed a lot of different textures and styles, the key is to feel comfortable and go with pieces that compliment each other.

Spring Into Winter

Winter doesn't have to be gloomy. Fashion has no limits or rules! I love clothing that is unique and beautiful, I gravitate towards pieces with a lot of personality that look like art. Life's too short to blend in right?! 

Today we had warmer weather (45 degrees=heat wave) so I broke out the floral denim pants from Citizens of Humanity. Stripe shirt from BCBG (similar here), leather jacket from BCBG , earrings from Urban Outfitters, necklace from Anthropologie, gold belt from Anthropologie, olive loafers from American Rag.
