Hello all of you boys and bombshells reading this! I turned into a detective and looked through the internet to find the best mini skirts for under $100. A good mini skirt will be one of your most versatile pieces for fall. I've been able to make so many outfits just off of one skirt! It kind of reminds me of that infamous math problem we all saw in our textbooks where Sue has 3 socks, 4 shorts, and 3 blouses, how many outfits can she make? In fashion, this is the only time I have appreciated math!  If you're planning on running errands or keeping it casual, just add Adidas for a more streetwear look. For work you can wear pointy ballet flats, or add booties for date night and show off those legs. When it get's chilly I'm just going to put a pair of tights on underneath. For tops the possibilities are endless too... I wore a neutral colored sweater which adds texture and keeps me cozy. I also styled it with a lace crop top and moto jacket.

This mini skirt is actually a mini skort. It has shorts in the back so it's super comfy. I got it at Zara last week so it's definitely still available! Some of my favorite places to shop for fashionable and affordable mini skirts for fall that are totally Instagram worthy are:

Crushing on Chloe

I've been wanting to splurge and buy a Chloe "Faye" bag for a while now. The design is striking and timeless. It definitely represents my style with it's feminine features and gorgeous color options. I stopped in Barney's yesterday to stalk down my dream bag- i found it in mustard yellow which is fun for spring and timeless black. But I had my eyes and heart set on this oh-so gorgeous tan version.

The "Drew" bag is also another option that I've seen on style blogger's Instagram feeds. It comes in so many beautiful variations: this python and blush // black and pink // and adorable giraffe!

Tarte Is Your New Best Friend! #MakeupGoals

Is it just me or is Tarte cosmetics on an absolute roll right now?! I want everything that they make, #makeupgoals. The company has become a social media obsession amongst other makeup and beauty lovers (please tell me you're following their Instagram) and their effort to interact with customers is what really stands out. I'm currently at an event and saw their newest foundation pop up on my Instagram feed and I was like "all right that's it, time to report to Boys and Bombshells troops!"

It's easy to fall in love with  Tarte... I mean have you seen the packaging?! Ugh so important. But beyond beautiful cases and palettes that are something out of a dream, the product itself is ah-mazing. I can testify to their Amazonian Clay eyeshadow palette that I use literally every day. I also rave in almost every blog post about their Braziliance tanning lotion that is the only product I use for self tanner. It doesn't smell weird and it makes me so dark!

It's no secret I am a freak about foundation. In my opinion I think it is what makes your makeup look professional or amateur. The one question I ask makeup artists when I'm getting my makeup done for shoots or on set is "What foundation do you use on your clients?" Tate has options when it comes to getting your flawless skin and I can't wait to try the new "Double Duty Beauty" gel based concealer. I was browsing through Forever 21 and noticed that they kinda are stepping their game up guys. I found a bunch of cute pieces for fall so you can dress for the trends without spending tons on seasonal items. My favorite trends right now are :

• Mini skirts- suede, corduroy, and classic denim. 
• Lace up- tops, dresses, and even flats...i  simply can't get enough of this trend! How cute is this denim lace up shift dress?
• Boyfriend Jeans- although they are more of a wardrobe staple, I still can't resist having more options in my jeans drawer. I loveee this medium/dark wash. 
• Leather bags- I secretly love Forever 21 knock off's of Celine bags and this "Call Me" shaped telephone bag! Ahh! So adorable- that's a must-have!

Of course Boys and Bombshells is all about being a feminine Bombshell. When the Shapewear brand Jewel Toned reached out to me about their amazing body con dresses, my ears and eyes lit up. Body con dresses are my go-to outfit for a date or night out in Chicago. I usually add a denim or motorcycle jacket over a slimming dress to add some texture + warmth! I've always been about accentuating my curves in the most flattering way possible. This little black dress does just that and it's meant to be worn alone or you can wear it as a shape wear piece. My butt felt pretty powerful in this dress though, I'm not gonna lie, plus it has a built in bra which you can add gel inserts in if you want to add some enhanced cleavage.

I am going to France in a few days to study abroad and I am so excited! I keep mentally planning my outfits and I had to buy some new pieces to wear when I am there. Anthropologie is my all time favorite store, I wear something from there almost every day haha so I stopped into their sale and bought this hat which I think will be perfect for Europe! I love the white with the woven accents- so gorgeous and luxurious. This modern and bright tunic is going to be worn as a dress. Haha I tried it on and I think my butt is in the clear! You can also wear it over white denim or dark denim as a tunic. A French Phrasebook is a must have- it has a dictionary and phrases with pronunciation-so helpful! My mom and I were flipping through it and some of the phrases were like "Where can i get a bikini wax?" I think the author knows me too well.
